About us

Receivables expertise for companies that sell on terms.

We help companies and lending partners turn receivables into a more useful business asset. The work is specialized, practical, and built around the outcome at hand: cash flow, working capital, growth, export sales, or customer concentration.

Specialty focus

Our work is centered on Trade Credit and receivables. That focus matters when customer limits, policy structure, claims, lender questions, and growth decisions need fast, practical answers.

All-carrier perspective

We work across the credit-insurer market and help match structure, coverage, service, and pricing to the business goal instead of forcing every company into one default path.

140+ years of combined experience

The team brings deep experience across brokerage, carrier, banking, and client-service roles, with hundreds of businesses supported across different sizes and industries.

Day-to-day support

We stay involved after placement: coverage requests, policy questions, renewals, reporting, carrier follow-through, and the operating details that determine whether the program creates value.

How we work

Working for you across the credit-insurer market.

The best programs are not only placed correctly; they are managed correctly. We help compare options, structure the program, support the bank conversation when needed, and manage the daily details that determine whether the coverage keeps creating value.

1

Review the receivables, customer mix, terms, concentrations, industries, lender context, and current pressure points.

2

Define the business outcome first: protect cash flow, increase working capital, support a large order, support exports, or improve credit process discipline.

3

Compare the practical routes available through coverage, carrier appetite, lender strategy, or a vetted partner path.

4

Help execute the selected path and stay close to the day-to-day work so the program continues to serve the original goal.

Team

Carrier, banking, and client-service experience in one lane.

Tom O'Connell

Tom O'Connell

Trade Credit specialist, banking program builder, and carrier-market strategist

Tom began his Trade Credit career in 1995 by building and running a brokerage division that positioned receivables coverage as an enhancement to lending programs. He later marketed coverage for Euler Hermes across a five-state region, was promoted to Vice President, and developed Trade Credit products for the banking industry. In 2007, Comerica Bank recruited Tom to build and run a Trade Credit division supporting the bank's lending activity. That banking background still shapes the way we help lenders and borrowers use receivables more effectively.

Daniel has also developed proprietary systems that improve client service, partner coordination, and program follow-through.

Robert Keenan

Robert Keenan

Relationship manager and program support

Robert works with clients and partners as a relationship manager and program support resource. His role is centered on staying close to the business goal, coordinating the right next step, and helping clients keep momentum when a receivables question, customer opportunity, lender request, or program detail needs attention.

No added cost for the assessment.

The assessment and broker support are compensated through carrier and partner channels, not a separate consulting fee. The first step is to understand the business goal and chart the path that can best support it.
